Our rooms are all equipped with a private bathroom, hairdryer, safe, telephone, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and some have a balcony. Our hotel also offers other services to make your stay more enjoyable. While adults enjoy a well-deserved moment of relaxation at the bar with a glass of wine, the little ones can have fun in the play area dedicated to them. In winter, the ski room with heated boot dryer is at your disposal, so you never have to put on cold boots before hitting the slopes. For your car, there is a private car park or garage and, thanks to the lift, you can comfortably transport your luggage to your room. In addition, our guests receive free admission to the 'Pranives' ice stadium, including skate rental, and free admission to hockey games in Selva.

General terms and conditions
• We would like to point out that all South Tyrolean accommodation establishments charge a municipal residence tax, namely (valid for our category) € 2,80 per person and per day. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.
• Children occupying an additional bed in a room with the parents:
0-2 years free of charge,
2-6 years 50% reduction,
6-12 years 30% reduction and
from 12 years 10% reduction
• Single room supplement +10%
• Double room for single use +30%
• We only consider reservations made in writing and accompanied by a deposit (Euro 200,00 per room) to be binding.

• The deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation conditions:
• more than 3 months before departure: no cancellation fee
• 3 months to 1 month before departure: 40% of the booking value
• 1 month to 1 week before departure: 70% of the booking value
• in the last week before departure: 90% of the booking value
• Check-out time by 10.00 a.m.
• Check-in time after 2.00 p.m. Arrival until 8.00 p.m., should you arrive later, please contact us by telephone.
• Pets are not allowed.
• We would like to inform our guests that our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
